06NE120 – Construction joint for industrial floors

Monolithic concrete floors must be divided by construction joints to compensate for the movements of the various panels. These floors are subjected to both internal and external stresses. Often the damage occurs mainly at the joints. The joints of monolithic floors should compensate for the reciprocal movements (which occur between two panels joined by a construction joint) i.e. movements due to the loss of humidity in the initial setting phase horizontal, perpendicular and parallel to the joint itself, normally caused by thermal construction and contractions of the concrete. The 06NE120 joint is particularly suitable for cold storage rooms and is made of black or galvanized steel
