HD 180 – Structural floor joints for vehicles and trailers

Material

The structure of the HD 180 structural expansion joint is made entirely of natural aluminum, with the support part perforated (with Ø 10 mm holes). The particular design and thickness of the profiles allow for high resistance to incident loads as well as complete mobility in three directions. Standard bar length: 3,00 m.

Flow

Pedestrians, light trolleys and stretchers. Cars and trucks. Pallet trucks with synthetic wheels up to a total load of 9,8 kN wheel (Ø wheel 300 mm. Width wheel 100 mm) and forklift trucks with solid rubber wheels.

Editor

It is performed using mechanical dowels in the measure of n° 7 per linear meter (1 every 30 cm) alternating them on the wings of the profile. (assembly instructions available on request)
